The Standard We Follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This is a best-effort commitment to a recognized standard. It is not a guarantee of full compliance. We review our work against these guidelines and improve as we find gaps.

Known Limitations

Some third-party content, embedded tools, or user-generated outputs may not be fully accessible. We are working to improve these areas. Generated listing copy and scanned buyer conversations come from external sources, so their structure is not always within our control.
