Instant Pot Vortex Plus 6QT ClearCook Air Fryer

Instant Pot Brands·$129.95·4.6 (12,847 ratings)

Instant Pot Vortex Plus 6QT Air Fryer. Crispy, Even Results With 95% Less Oil. PFAS-Free Ceramic Coating. Dishwasher-Safe Basket. Fits Standard Countertops (12.8"D x 11.8"W x 14.9"H).

Crispy Outside, Juicy Inside. Every Time.

EvenCrisp technology circulates heat from all angles to deliver golden, crunchy fries in 15 minutes and wings with a crispy skin and juicy interior. You will not get the exact same result as a deep fryer. What you will get is 95% less oil, no grease splatter, and results that satisfy the craving without the cleanup.

Feeds a Family of 4. Fits Next to Your Coffee Maker.

The 6-quart basket handles up to 6 portions of fries, wings, or vegetables in a single batch. At 12.8" deep x 11.8" wide, the countertop footprint is roughly the size of a standard cutting board. Compact enough for apartment kitchens and RV countertops.

PFAS-Free Ceramic Coating. No Peeling, No Worry.

The cooking basket uses a PFAS-free ceramic non-stick surface rated for 10,000+ uses. No Teflon, no PTFE, no PFOA. The coating will not peel or flake under high heat. Both the basket and crisper plate are dishwasher-safe, so cleanup takes about 30 seconds.

6 Cooking Functions in One Appliance.

Air fry, roast, broil, bake, reheat, and dehydrate. The touchscreen presets store your favorite time and temperature combinations. Most buyers replace their toaster oven, dehydrator, and countertop convection oven with this single unit.

ClearCook Window. Check Without Opening.

The transparent window lets you monitor food without opening the basket, which drops the temperature and extends cook time. You can see browning progress in real time. No more guessing whether the chicken is done or overdone.

1-Year Warranty. Ships New and Sealed.

Every unit ships factory-sealed in original Instant Pot packaging. Not a returned or refurbished unit. 1-year manufacturer warranty with direct customer support. ETL Certified. 1700 watts, 120V, 60Hz.

Description

The Instant Pot Vortex Plus 6QT is a mid-range air fryer built for daily use by households of 2-4 people. It sits in the sweet spot between compact 2-quart solo units and oversized 10-quart models that dominate counter space.

If you are comparing this to a Ninja, Cosori, or Philips, here is what you should know. The Vortex Plus trades dual-zone cooking (which the Ninja DualZone offers) for a simpler single-basket design with a transparent window. If you cook two different foods at different temperatures regularly, the Ninja may suit you better. If you want a straightforward, reliable air fryer that handles one batch well with easy monitoring and cleanup, this is the unit.

The value equation: at this price point, you get ceramic-coated, dishwasher-safe components, a ClearCook window, and 6 cooking functions. Cheaper models in the $40-60 range typically use Teflon coatings, lack windows, and offer fewer presets. The Vortex Plus costs more because the materials and functionality justify it, not because of brand markup.

Common first-time buyer questions: Yes, you still need a light coat of oil spray for the crispiest results on foods like frozen fries. No, it does not fully replace a deep fryer for battered foods like tempura. Yes, it is loud (similar to a hair dryer). Yes, it preheats in about 3 minutes.

Lemongrass Elixir Beeswax Candle

AireCandleCo·$28.00·4.9 (1,432 sales)

100% Pure Beeswax Candle. Lemongrass, Peppermint & Lavender Essential Oils. No Paraffin, No Additives. Cotton Wick, Lead-Free. 50-60 Hour Burn Time. Hand-Poured in Cape Cod.

What is in this candle: beeswax and essential oils. That is it.

This candle contains two ingredients. 100% yellow beeswax harvested from American apiaries, and a hand-blended essential oil combination of lemongrass, peppermint, and lavender. No paraffin. No soy. No coconut wax. No synthetic fragrance oils. No phthalates. No dyes. No fillers of any kind.

The wick is natural cotton, primed with beeswax. Lead-free and zinc-free.

What the scent actually smells like.

The lemongrass comes through first. Bright, citrusy, and sharp. The peppermint adds a cooling herbal lift underneath. The lavender rounds out the edges and keeps it from being overly sharp. The overall effect is clean and restorative rather than sweet or floral.

Because this is a beeswax candle, you will also notice a faint, warm honey aroma from the wax itself. This is natural to pure beeswax and is not an added fragrance. If you are sensitive to synthetic fragrances, this candle uses only plant-based essential oils at low concentrations. No artificial fragrance, no perfume oils, no fragrance "blends" that mask synthetic ingredients.

How long it burns, and what that costs you.

The 8 oz jar burns for approximately 50 hours. The 16 oz burns for approximately 60 hours. At $28 for the 8 oz, that works out to roughly $0.56 per hour of burn time. A comparable paraffin candle at $12 with a 25-hour burn time costs $0.48 per hour, but releases petroleum-based soot and synthetic fragrance chemicals into your air. The price difference per hour is about 8 cents. The air quality difference is significant.

For maximum burn life: trim the wick to 1/4" before each use, burn for 3-4 hours per session (long enough for the wax pool to reach the jar edges), and do not burn with less than 1/4" of wax remaining.

How to tell this is real beeswax.

Genuine beeswax has a natural golden-yellow color (not bright neon yellow, which indicates synthetic dye). It has a subtle honey scent even before lighting. When burning, it produces almost no visible smoke or soot. If a "beeswax" candle smells like plastic, produces black soot, or has an unnaturally bright color, it is likely cut with paraffin or synthetic wax.

All Aire Candle Co. beeswax is sourced from American beekeepers. We can provide sourcing details on request. We are a small-batch maker operating from Cape Cod, MA, not a mass-production facility relabeling imported wax.

About clean burning and air quality.

Pure beeswax burns without releasing the toxins associated with paraffin candles (toluene, benzene). It produces virtually no soot. Beeswax does naturally emit negative ions when burned, which can bind to airborne dust and allergens. Research on the air-purifying effects of negative ions at candle-scale concentrations is limited, and we do not make medical claims. What we can say: many customers with allergies, asthma, or chemical sensitivities report that beeswax candles do not trigger their symptoms the way paraffin and synthetic-fragrance candles do.

Naoki Matcha Superior Blend

Naoki Matcha·$24.99 / 40g

Superior Blend Matcha. First-Harvest, Stone-Ground in Uji, Kyoto. Vivid Green, Naturally Sweet, No Bitter Aftertaste.

A daily-drinking matcha that tastes good enough to drink straight, and holds its color and flavor in a latte. Low bitterness, creamy body, faint natural sweetness. 20 servings per pouch at $1.25/cup.

Why This Matcha

Most matcha sold online calls itself "ceremonial grade." The term has no regulated definition. Any brand can print it on a label, and most do, regardless of actual quality.

Here is what actually determines matcha quality: where the leaves are grown, when they are harvested, how long they are shade-covered, and how the powder is milled. Those four factors produce measurable differences in color, taste, and nutritional content.

Origin

Grown in Uji, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. Uji has produced matcha for over 800 years. Our tea comes from farms in the Uji region that shade-cover plants for 20+ days before harvest, which increases chlorophyll (vivid green color) and L-Theanine (the compound responsible for calm focus).

Harvest

First spring harvest (ichiban-cha). First-harvest leaves are younger, more tender, and naturally sweeter than second or third-harvest leaves used in most culinary-grade powders. This is the primary reason this matcha has low bitterness.

Milling

Stone-ground using traditional granite mills. Stone-grinding produces an ultra-fine particle size (5-10 microns) that dissolves smoothly in water and milk without clumping or grittiness. Blade-cut matcha (used in cheaper products) produces coarser particles that settle quickly and taste more bitter.

What It Looks and Tastes Like

Color

Vivid emerald green. If your matcha is yellowish, olive, or brownish, it is either oxidized (old), made from lower-grade leaves, or insufficiently shade-grown. Bright green indicates high chlorophyll from proper shade-covering and fresh processing.

Taste

Smooth and mellow with a natural sweetness. No grassiness, no fishy flavor, no bitter aftertaste. A touch of sweetener (half a teaspoon of honey or sugar) brings out the full body, but many customers drink it without any sweetener.

Aroma

Fresh, lightly vegetal. Similar to young spinach leaves or fresh snap peas. Not "seaweed" or "fishy," which are signs of low-quality or stale matcha.

Which Grade Is Right for You

If you make lattes: This matcha works well in lattes. The vivid green color holds even when mixed with milk (cheaper matcha turns gray-brown in lattes). The flavor is strong enough to come through dairy or plant milk without tasting watered-down. Use 2 teaspoons per latte for the best balance.

If you drink straight matcha (whisked with water): This is a solid daily option. For the most refined traditional experience, consider our Ujitawara Special Matcha, which has a more complex flavor profile suited to pure whisking.

If you are baking or making smoothies: You do not need ceremonial-grade matcha for baking. Save your money and use a culinary-grade powder. The heat and other ingredients will mask the subtle flavor differences you pay for in ceremonial-grade.

The Math

  • Price: $24.99 for 40g (1.4 oz)
  • Servings: 20 (at 2g per serving)
  • Cost per serving: $1.25
  • Compare: A single matcha latte at a coffee shop costs $5-7
  • At 10 lattes per week, you save roughly $190-290/month vs. buying out

Caffeine and Focus

One serving contains approximately 60-70mg of caffeine (roughly half a cup of coffee) plus natural L-Theanine, an amino acid that promotes calm alertness. L-Theanine modulates caffeine's stimulant effects, which is why matcha drinkers typically report sustained focus without the jitters or crash associated with coffee. This is not a marketing claim. The L-Theanine/caffeine interaction has been studied in peer-reviewed research.

AI Shopping Performance

The same listings AI shopping agents actually understand.

Amazon Rufus, ChatGPT Shopping, Google AI Shopping, and Perplexity Shopping do not match keywords. They parse meaning. A listing written from a Voice Map is built around the questions buyers actually ask, which is exactly what these agents look for.

Keyword-optimizedIndexes well

Running Earbuds That Stay Put Through Sprints. 8-Hour Battery for Full Training Sessions. Hear Traffic in Transparency Mode.

Rufus reads this and connects “stay put” to the buyer concern about earbuds falling out, “transparency mode” to the safety question, and “training sessions” to the long-run use case.

Why this works under the hood

Amazon's Rufus patent confirms it. The agent extracts noun phrases from buyer questions, scores them by semantic similarity to listing content, and ranks products by how directly they answer real shopping queries. Voice-matched copy is content optimized for that mechanism.
