Do I need a scan first?
No. Start the paid check with a product URL. No store connection is needed.
Does the free checker replace the paid check?
No. The free checker gives a directional ChatGPT result and separate page-readiness analysis. It uses up to 3 questions, requires no account, and has a limit of 200/day sitewide. Paid checks retain 6 frozen questions for re-checking. Gemini and Perplexity are paid-check only.
Are the questions based on my Voice Map?
No. Questions are drafted from product identity and category. Buyer research is a separate input to content work.

What is a Voice Profile?
A Voice Profile is buyer research for one product. Product Scan costs 8 credits and produces this research. A Product Profile holds your product facts, such as specifications, rather than buyer research.

Failures and timing
When is a partial check charged?
At least one engine must complete all six questions across three waves for a chargeable partial. That product check costs 3 credits.
How soon can I re-check?
You can start a re-check any time. You start every re-check yourself, using the same frozen questions. Each re-check costs 3 credits, charged only when at least one engine completes all six questions across three waves.
Limits and plans
Does a higher score prove my edit worked?
No. The composite score is unavailable pending calibration. A re-check shows what changed in the recorded answers. It does not show that your content caused the change.
Why can two answers differ?
Answer context and model variation can affect the result. The paid check preserves the questions for comparison.
What plans are available?
Tiers: Basic $79/30 credits, Starter $149/75, Pro $299/200. Credits only, no annual billing. Plans are billed monthly. Add-ons: 20/$19, 50/$39, 100/$69. Never expire. Used before subscription credits. Trial: 7 days, 10 credits.
