How credits and monthly billing work.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Buy an add-on pack or wait for your plan credits to renew. You need enough credits for the action you want to run.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits do not roll over. Add-on credits never expire and are used before plan credits.
Is a re-check charged?
Yes, 3 credits, the same as a check. The same charging rule applies: at least one engine must complete all six questions across all three waves.
Can I change plans?
Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings. Open Manage Billing to change your plan.
Is there annual billing?
No. All plans are billed monthly.
