How this works, and what it cannot do
When you submit a URL, the checker fetches the live product page the way an AI shopping agent would. It then runs five deterministic technical checks: machine-readable price, Schema.org Product markup, trust signals, audience positioning, and content depth.
Buyer Voice analysis and a live ChatGPT recommendation test are rolling out to this report next. The placeholder in the report says that plainly because those sections are still being calibrated; it does not imply a score that does not exist yet.
What it cannot do
This tool diagnoses the page it can read. Three limits matter.
- It cannot change what Amazon controls. Marketplace pages score only the checks a seller can act on.
- It is a snapshot, not tracking. AI answers vary from run to run, and the score bands absorb small variance.
- It cannot see pages its scraper cannot reach. Heavily bot-walled pages may need a second attempt.
Treat the report as a prioritized technical checklist, not a promise that any AI system will recommend the product. It shows whether the page gives shopping agents the basics they need to understand and quote it.
Tip: check the product page, not the homepage
AI shopping agents need the product's price, structured data, policies, audience, and description in one place. A homepage can look polished while revealing almost nothing about the specific product a buyer is comparing.

Which platforms does it support?

Checks a seller cannot act on for a given platform are excluded instead of scored against you: on Amazon, the Schema.org markup check is skipped because Amazon controls the page markup, and your score averages the checks you can change.
